Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Leadseen.com website (the "Service") operated by Leadseen, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").


Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.


By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


Purchases


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, phone, address, credit card and banking information.


You will be charged as agreed at the time of checkout. There is a zero refund policy once you have submitted your information to be charged.


Subscriptions


Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule.


All subscriptions have a minimum of 3 months (3 billing cycles) and require a 30 day notice period for cancellation.



Lead Guarantee Services


Where we guarantee leads we do not refund in full if we don't meet a goal. Instead we compensate for the leads we didn't provide. For example, if we guaranteed 30 leads and only delivered 15 then we would refund 50% of the original payment. This would be only for the direct payment where the guarantee was made and not for any additional products, upsells or downsells, even if they are directly or indirectly associated with it.


Prior to any refund we would attempt to make the situation right. This would take place over an additional period of 30 days and refunds would only be provided if we have failed to deliver after this additional 30 days.


During the whole process the client must do all they can to assist in the process. The process and service does not work if the client is not engaged and participating fully. If the client is not responding to leads, enquiries, SMS, emails, phone calls or other forms of communication within a timely manner (normally within 1 hour) then we cannot honor any guarantee. We work as a team and the client must do their part and show that they have tried their best to make the system work.


Content


Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the ownership and copyright of all information.

Links To Other Web Sites


Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Leadseen, Inc.


Leadseen, Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Leadseen, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


Changes


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
